ICDC is dedicated to excellence, and the advancement of teaching and training through innovation in publishing. Our long-term goal is to publish and otherwise promote skill-based training programs and supplemental materials.This is why we focus on developing our titles to:

ICDC's History
ICDC Publishing Inc. was formed in 1989 as a related company to Miller Kaplan, Arase & Co., LLP, one of the ten largest CPA firms in Southern California. When it was discovered that many people were having difficulty with the processing and payment of medical claims, ICDC was created to assist with providing boh training and training materials for auditors and workers in the medical billing and health claims industries.

After successfully running a training company for several years, we reorganized into a publishing company to better serve the needs of our clients. Since that time we have grown larger and added additional texts to our product line. We are always striving to produce high quality texts which teach a complete set of job skills in an easy-to-understand manner.
Distribution
In 2005 in order to improve our production quality and distribution abilities, ICDC entered into a joint-venture with Pearson Prentice Hall to distribute and help develop its products. Most ICDC products may now be ordered from Pearson Prentice Hall.
